Alfie - temporarily unavailable

MEET ALFIE...

A local shelter reached out to us to help Alfie. He had been adopted from the shelter as an 8 week old puppy in February - and was returned to the shelter with ONE WORKING LEG!  Alfie has a fractured front leg and complete paralysis in his back legs.

Alfie's journey started with an appointment with the neurologist, then onto an orthopedic surgeon appointment and finally with the eye doctor for a previous eye injury.  His MRI showed inflammation in his spinal cord.

We have no idea what happened to Alfie, but we know as an 8 month old puppy, he has a long road ahead of him. We are hoping with time and proper medications we can get Alfie up and rolling again.
