Denny - Adoption Pending

Meet Denny!
This gorgeous 5-year-old, 50lb, blue eyed, Australian Shepherd was found as a stray with a severely broken rear leg. He’s been through a lot, but despite everything, Denny has shown incredible strength and resilience!

He’s scheduled to meet with an orthopedic specialist soon and will likely need his back leg amputated. Thankfully, Denny has been using only three legs for a while now, so he’s expected to bounce back quickly.
Denny is a laid-back, sweet and trusting dog who’s great with other dogs but really craves having that one special family to share his life with. Despite the trauma and changes he’s endured over the past month, Denny has acclimated beautifully to his new routine here at PWD. He also loves to play fetch!
