Honey

MEET HONEY...

Meet Honey, a sweet and playful Golden Retriever who is just under 1 year old and ready to find her forever home! Honey was found as a stray in rural Georgia, and when our rescue partners reached out to us for help, we knew she deserved a second chance. Despite her rough start, Honey is absolutely thrilled with her new lease on life and is a bundle of joy.

Full of energy and curiosity, Honey loves to run, play, and explore her surroundings. She’s a social butterfly who enjoys being around people and other dogs, and once playtime is over, she’s all about cuddles and affection. Honey has a slight limp on her right leg and her head tilts slightly, which just makes her even cuter! Our orthopedic and neurologist specialists have thoroughly examined her and are happy to report that she has fully healed with no neurological issues—just a little extra charm.

Honey tends to jump for joy, so while she’s incredibly sweet, we recommend a home with older children who can handle her enthusiastic greetings. She’s eager to please and has a gentle nature, making her a wonderful companion for an active family or individual.
As a young pup, Honey will need some puppy training to help her adjust to life in a home, but she’s quick to learn and ready for guidance. With consistent training, patience, and love, she’ll develop into a loyal, well-behaved companion.

If you’re looking for a fun, loving, and energetic puppy who’s ready for a fresh start, Honey could be the perfect match for you!
