Meet Maxwell – The Most Handsome Pup!

Maxwell is a 6-month-old, 36-pound Rottweiler mix who is ready to steal your heart!
This sweet boy came to us from a local shelter after struggling with some issues in his back legs.
Upon further examination by our orthopedic surgeon, it was determined that Maxwell had fractured knees. But with age on his side, his surgeon suggested we give him time to heal naturally.

After just a week in our care, Maxwell is already showing incredible improvement and starting to act more like a playful, happy puppy! His progress has been nothing short of amazing, and he’s proving to be one tough and resilient pup.
Maxwell is laid back, loves to snuggle, and has an exceptional temperament. While he will need a little help with house training, we’re confident he’ll master it in no time. Maxwell enjoys the company of other dogs and absolutely thrives on human attention. He’s the perfect balance of playful and relaxed, making him a great fit for most types of households.

Maxwell still has 2 more weeks of rest and recovery ahead, but during this time, we’re accepting applications for his forever home.
