Maxx - ADOPTED

We're beyond thrilled to announce that Maxx, our lovable but grumpy, one-eyed, 13-year-old senior Pekingese, has found his forever home!  It's the perfect way to kick off the weekend, especially since November is Adopt a Senior Pet Month!

Maxx's new fur family has been kind enough to share an update after his first week with them:
"He is doing great! He's a snuggle bunny and a grump all rolled into one lol. He follows Alice outside almost every time she goes. He's finally taking treats 😊 and every time the crew runs barking to the door... He's right there with them!"

We couldn't be happier for Maxx and his new family—he's clearly settling in and showing his true personality. Big thanks to everyone who helped make this possible. A special THANK YOU to Jess, our seasoned medical foster home, who once again worked her magic.
Senior pets like Maxx still have so much love to give, and are deserving of loving family to call their own! 🐶💖
