No wonder he's grumpy—he's been through a lot! When Maxx arrived, we noticed his left eye was causing him great pain. Our amazing eye doctor took one look and knew it had to go. Now, Maxx is a one-eyed wonder, fully recovered but still delightfully grumpy.

Despite his grouchy exterior, Maxx has a lot of positives:
