Harley - RIP

Harley passed August 2024

On National Dog Day, we lost the patriarch and the last founding beagle of our Reagle Beagle Senior Home.
Such a sad day for all of us here. He was a such a trooper and was such a kind, gentle soul. He welcomed so many new rescue pups into the home. The newly rescued would feel less anxious and at ease with Harley around. He was everyone's friend, and a warm body to cuddle with in whatever bed he chose to sleep in for the day.
He lived to be just over 16 years young. Life was good to Harley, he was always a healthy hearty fella, until his age caught up with him these past few weeks.
RIP Harley, we all are truly going to miss your kindness and willingness to accept all who came through the doors of the Reagle Beagle House.
Walking through the door for the first time without your presence was hard. Keep watch over your buddy Tate, we know he will miss his bed pal, and fellow beagle friend.
